Product Description

Designed for cooks who find meal-making to be more of a chore than a personal accomplishment, Revere’s Traditions line is dependable cookware that offers some time-saving perks to help chefs power through their tasks. This 8-piece set includes a 10-inch covered skillet for sautéing vegetables or browning pork chops. A 6-quart stockpot with a lid is ideal for simmering hearty soups or stews. Two covered saucepans, in 1-1/2-quart and 3-quart sizes, round up the collection and are useful for cooking rice, steaming green beans, or boiling smaller amounts of pasta.

These pots and pans along with their lids are constructed of strong 18/10 stainless steel. Multi-layered bottoms on the pans evenly distribute heat for more reliable results. The skillet features a nonstick interior for cooking meats without using fats and for faster and easier cleanup. The stockpot and saucepans all have measurement marks in cups and quarts along the interior walls so cooks can quickly add ingredients without dirtying measuring cups. A soft plastic coating on the knobs and pistol-grip handles is comfortable to hold and is oven-safe to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This cookware is dishwasher-safe; however, handwashing is recommended as the dishwasher will eventually dull the shiny luster. Traditions cookware is covered under a 25-year warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

Revere ware has been a part of mt family for more than fifty years. It is the best we have ever found. This is my third set, having lost the two, but it does all I want to do.

My daughter loves the pots. I have one that I have had for years and years so I know that they last. Well worth the money which wasn't alot anyway!
damaged boxes

When I received the box at home from the U.P.S. driver, the box was badly damaged. I assumed it was just the outside box that was damaged. There were two more boxes to go through to get to the pans. Both the next outside box and the Revere box were badly damaged as well. This was a gift for an Anniversary present and how embarassing to have the box so ripped up and torn. I checked out all the pans and lids inside the box and nothing was damaged, only one scratch on one of the lid handles that could be buffed out. The rest of the merchandise inside the box was fine, but the box is in extremely sad shape. It looks like the fork lift ran right into the boxes. I am just glad they didn't send me one that the pans were bent and damaged.
Junky skillet

I love every pan in this set except for the 10 inch skillet. After using it a couple of times, the non stick coating started coming up! I have had several cheap skillets from places like target and walmart, and none of them have ever done this. I put in for a replacement, and hopefully this one was just a defective one!

Update: I got the replacement, and it is fine.
