This product is basically exactly what you would imagine, except for one really nice feature: when you twist the top one way, all of the arms automatically form the spiral shown in the image--you don't have to mess with each of them individually to get them where you want. Twist the top the other way and all of the arms line up for storage. The feet that form the tripod base also slide up for storage.

It serves the purpose of drying freshly made pasta very well. Since it has many spokes it can handle a whole batch of pasta. it is also very stable & does not take up much space to store. I am really glad I bought it, though it is a bit pricey for what it does.

Since coming back from visiting Italy and having fresh homemade pasta everyday, I decided to try making my own. I already had a pasta machine but had no way to dry it. I found this one on Amazon for a very reasonable price. The legs fold up for storage and the arms swing out and in for drying and storage. Very easy tool to have to make the pasta making experience fun.
