| Circulon was an early innovator in the production of hard-anodized, nonstick aluminum cookware. This 10-piece set of Circulon Total brings great value, looks, and cooking to your kitchen. Each piece is constructed of hard-anodized aluminum, a non-reactive material stronger than stainless steel that cooks without hotspots, and which is finished inside and out with a nonstick finish. This provides not only quick release of foods but easy cleanup. Look for the raised concentric circles inside a Circulon pan: this is its famous Hi-Low technology. The raised circles take the abuse of utensils, leaving the low areas untouched. Thus, the nonstick finish lasts much longer than that on many other brands. In this set you'll find the ever-handy 1- and 2-quart covered saucepans; an 8-quart covered stockpot for stews, pasta, and corn-on-the-cob; 8- and 10-inch open French skillets for just about any frying need; and a 4-quart covered sauté pan with deep, straight sides that can handle stir-fries, simmering meat dishes, and plenty more. A helper handle assists in lifting. Each piece features a phenolic handle that is oven-safe to 350 degrees F. Also oven-safe, the 18/10 stainless-steel lids are significantly domed for sending moisture back into the pan. For best care of this inclusive set, wash the pieces by hand. | Nice heavy, well made set with stainless steel lids that I was looking for. If you like non-stick cookware, you should be pleased. The handles are also oven safe up to 350F. |

| this is the best cookware I have ever owned. Nothing sticks to it and it is easy to clean. It cooks with even heat so all your meals are cooked correctly. |

| I purchased this set from Amazon at an incredible price. The set contains all the basic pieces for the home kitchen. I have found the pots and pans to be well made as well as easy to clean. The only reason I gave it only four stars was due to the fact that it has stainless steel lids and not glass. I really wanted glass lids but I couldn't find a similar set in the same price range as the Circulon. I am very satisfied with my new cookware. |
